Bought an expensive foil balloon for my daughters birthday only to find lees than 1 hour later it was flat. Brought back to be told that it must have been my fault even though 2 other balloons were in the same bag and were perfectly fine. There is no customer service, the quality is shockingly poor. Basically if you want balloons, look eksewhere and don't say you weren't warned about the shockinly unfit for purpose goods being sold and the even worse customer service!

I had great service here, owner is old school and very helpful.
I’ve never received such appalling customer service in my life!! Balloons deflated in less than a few hours. Strings all knotted meaning I had to cut and re-tie them myself. Overall experience - terrible. My advice would be to avoid!!!
