Wife bought a carpet from the store in Bedford Road ,Aberdeen . From start to finish she was fully informed of everything,costs ,delivery ,fitting etc ,all I can say is GREAT SERVICE ,was well looked after and treated with respect ,keep up the good work Guys/Girls ,especially in these uncertain times. Respect to you all .

I have used carpetright twice now, with the first experience being great. The second time round I had a different fitter and within weeks the carpet was coming up at the edges in a couple places but it wasn't really bothering me because of where it was so I just ignored it. Now more time has passed and there are several areas that have frayed and lifted. Every time I hoover the carpet lifts in several places. I emailed carpetright about this a couple of times and didn't receive a reply and so I have now decided to leave a review due to the awful service. My carpet I had fitted first time round is still great and has no fraying so I know this was most likely down to a bad carpet fitter but that doesn't change the fact that carpetright should be responsible for the quality of fitting and at least have the decency to reply to complaints.

Carpet delivered and fitted Wednesday 9 September. Carpet is now showing fuzzy surface on all areas where there had been footfall. This does not vacuum off and is part of the pile! 4 days! Called, I was asked to send photos, and reference was made to a ‘manufacturer claim’. I did not buy it from the manufacturer, Carpetright did! I expect a replacement NOT the same carpet; refitting; and immediately. I have not had a response to my email and suspect weeks/ months of argument while this awful carpet gets worse. The carpet I lifted was in better condition!
