Charge extortionate fees to do the tiniest thing. I had to get a very short questionnaire completed by a doctor, which was basically ticking 4 boxes to say I was fit and well to look after children (something the care inspectorate requests for all childminders). They charged 89 to do this! Having checked with other childminders and surgeries they seem to be the most expensive as others charge 20-25 max. Why they think it's ok to charge this, I don't know. I had to pay it because they are my doctor and couldn't continue with my application without it. They were supposed to send it back within 10 days and it sat with them for 2 weeks before I called them to find out why the care inspectorate hadn't received it. Oh they just couldn't be bothered posting it or calling me to collect it. Complete Incompetence. Also if you ever want an appointment, unless it's a 'medical emergency' you have to wait weeks to see a doctor. Not impressed

I am a visitor to Cults, I needed to see a doctor. The receptionist was very helpful and I was seen within an hour. Very impressed!
