After four hours in the chair and my granddaughters hair was nothing like what she'd asked for, the colour hadn't taken and considering that I took her in beforehand to talk about the style/colour I expected it be done properly.my granddaughter was in tears as it was for her prom, Pauline said for her to come back few days time to put it right and after another five and half hours it was OK but still not what she'd asked for,the toner washed out after one wash and it was orange, I had to go into a chemist and get a toner and do it for her. Considering the bill was 102-40 I'd have expected a professional result.never again.
