Great shop, extremely knowledgeable and helpful
Recently our Miele Fridge Freezer started playing up, and we thought we would have to buy a new one, however since it was not very old (5 years) and was quite expensive when we bought it, we thought it was worth trying to get it repaired. We phoned quite a few local repair shops but most did not repair Miele appliances. Then my wife phoned SRB Services and not only did they manage to fix the Fridge they did it for no cost without even visiting us! Apparently Miele fridge freezers can Ice up and then stop working, so all we needed to do was turn it off for 48hrs. Although there was very little visible ice inside the freezer, there must have been ice in the inner gubbins of the machine because after waiting 48 hrs the fridge is now working again! Incredible service, will definitely keep their number for future reference.

I bought a Miele vacuum cleaner from here on Saturday and I found the staff to be helpful and knowledgable. Great price and really lovely to find someone who stlll believes in good service.
