AVOID AT ANY COST!!! There are many good cleaners or cleaning companies in London, do not use After Cleaners, it will turn out to be a waste of your money and time. It certainly has in our experience. As mentioned by another reviewer, After Cleaners are just another name for Fantastic Cleaners. I had been warned by a friend who also had a bad experience with them but their sales team and customer service were so convincing that I still decided to give them a shot. Big mistake! I booked a one-off clean for an empty property the day before our move. After 4 hours it looked like nothing had been done. Skirting boards and door frames were still dusty, none of the cupboard interiors in kitchen and bathroom had been done even though I specifically pointed these areas out to the cleaner, who by the way spoke very poor english and had to Google translate most things. The bathroom was still disgusting, the toilet uncleaned, water and smear marks on all surfaces. All the wood floors had smears from bad mopping. Absolutely shocking, and all this carefully documented by photographs I took after the clean. We had to move in to a dirty house and do everything ourselves, even though I was over 7 months pregnant!! Their after-sales and complaints service is dismal, a totally different tone to their chirpy sales team whom by the way still keep cold-calling me to offer other cleaning services! I have been dealing with them for the last 6 weeks with no refund in sight. They offered a ridiculous 14 refund as a way of apology! It turns out they sub-contract to any cleaner available, without proper checks in place so take no responsibility if a job isn't carried out properly. At 17 an hour this is the biggest rip off I've ever seen. It doesn't even deserve a single star but had to put one in to be able to post!
After the job was over, they left my property cleaner than it was before they started. Not to mention that After Builders Cleaning London are incredibly nice people. Love these guys. Highly recommend them.
They did an amazing job with the cleaning of my house after the repairs. I am very happy with the work. Good job After Builders Cleaning London.
