Covid secure ordering/payment and collection. So much cheaper to buy wood here than any of the DIY shops. Just don't open on Saturday afternoon and Sunday so need to plan ahead..

I've been a customer of Allen and Orr for over 40 years prior to retirement. On the occasions I now visit I'm impressed by how the yardmen how courteous and knowledgeable they are both to people who are unsure as to their needs and old stagers like me. Timber quality is always excellent.
Covid protocol in place They asked me what I wanted, l gave them the measurements, what they had in stock was different tho not much, the price was reasonable, they left the wood next to my car, l loaded the wood myself and paid contactless
