My wife and I had one of our springs snap in half. I called the company that installed the door as well as did maintenance for us in the past. The installation was something to behold! Couldn't believe one young man was going to install two doors by himself, but he did! Second to the quality, price was the pride he had to his family-owned business. He knew his workmanship was a reflection on his parents and brothers! His brother got the contract from me and he expressed the same reason for making sure I would be satisfied with Family Prestige.
