Just come prepared with all necessary paperwork. Have your own understanding of what you are there for. Make proper appointments with the correct dept. They are all nice and are willing to help.

Right now it is closed because of the pandemic on Fridays I don’t know there schedule. You guys need to put more visible signs in the streets for when to park because at first when I moved to the city every Friday I was getting parking tickets. I didn’t know there was street sweeping here on Fridays since I never seen signs or notices in our mail. Then the parking permit is ridiculous every year for 60 bucks. That is one good way to take advantage of the residents of Alhambra. And that is also a good reason to leave the city of Alhambra.

So I lived in Alhambra for 5 years, purchased a house and sold it and moved out in 2019. Closed utilities and specifically asked them if there was any outstanding balance. Was told no. 4 months later get a debt collector for 70 bucks. NO second notice, just straight to debt collections. Thanks for possibly affecting my credit. And over a measly 70 dollars.

You have to be 'poor' and bring a 'food stamp' or some kind of proof just to fill the metro TAP card here... So find somewhere else.
