Can't put into words how grateful I am to this company. I sent swabs in to be tested against my alleged half brother and alleged half sister. Although my alleged half brothers results came back inconclusive with a very low marker score my sisters came back confirming that she is my sister I am absolutely over the moon with this result and this now means that I finally have the closure in have been looking for. Nothing was too much trouble for this company..I have rang them, emailed and used live chat to speak to them several times and each time they have been very professional and always done their best to answer any questions that we have. Thank you again me and my family can now move on with our lives Xxx
Use a different provider, they dont give the results in the stated time limit, poor customer service definately disappointed in the whole experience and service. Use someone else.
Fantastic Testing clinic!! Phoned alpha and got my appointment the next day. They told me to just turn up at the Manchester Clinic anytime that day. They took my urine drug test I needed for my new job and sent me the results the day after the test! wow! now that's fast! First Rate!!!
Absolutely brilliant company ! Where to start? At first was a little confusion but Paul dealt with this and since that been great! They did 2 test for us (there was 3 of us) to confirm if we was half siblings. The result came back a defo match for myself and my sister which we are over the moon with. The test for the alleged brother came back inconclusive with a very lowresult. My self and my sister both have rang,emailed and even live chat this company on numerous times and eaxh time have been fantastic with us. Nothing or no questions was ever too much trouble!! I didn't write this review until I rang Paul personally and thanked him. They have been amazing and would defo recommend them. Thank you for your work and support!! Much appreciated :D
