I knew I was paying too much for insurance so a family member recommended I contact Berger and O'Neal. I am so happy I did. Amanda helped me get a great quote that is saving me a lot of money. She was also very communicative and kept me updated throughout the process. I will recommend her and Berger to anyone who is looking for a better price on insurance!

I first used an independent insurance agency a couple decades ago when I returned from overseas and needed to buy a vehicle and get insurance immediately (in order to not let insurance lapse). I was in a small town and had little choices available. I then transferred this policy to Atlanta when I settled here permanently and have stayed with independent agencies ever since. I found out that the main thing you need to look at is the AM Best rating and, as long as it is high, you can basically trust the insurance company. However, the companies represented by independent agencies have policies that are significantly lower in price for the same coverage than the well known companies who advertise a lot. I have, consequently, stayed with an independent agency for both auto and home for 26 years now. I have filed only one claim which was handled expertly and quickly (a roof replacement). Every few years, I reprice my policies with nationally known firms and, to date, they have always been significantly higher in price for both auto and home. It goes without saying that Berger and O’Neal has quality people who are professional, efficient, and accommodating (because I would not consider using any company that did not). I would highly recommend them for all your insurance needs.

We have used Berger and O’Neal since we moved to Georgia in 2001. We have always had excellent customer service. Our experience, even going through adding and deleting camper, trailer, many vehicles while raising 3 children, has always been pleasant and EASY. There aren’t many things that can be taken care of with zero frustration these days. That has always been the case when dealing with the people at Berger and O’Neal.
