There is no reason why it should take the employees in the booth so long to process payments and paperwork. They literally have one job. There is always an hour wait to get out of this place. Recology in SF never has a line because it takes less then 3 minutes to get weighed and process credit card payments. These people either need to create a batter process or get better employees.
When you go inside the dump theirs a guy that tells the which way to go but he has a horrible attitude and it sounds like he doesn't understand what I'm saying but actually I'm the one that can't under stand him,I tried posting a picture of him but it didn't work but you guys know who I'm talking about.
