I reached out to Austin at American Sports & Concrete to come out to my property to bid multiple projects. I sent him an email with locations and instructions as he requested and i heard nothing. I followed up multiple times and was told \ill be out there on Tuesday\ and never did. Then ultimately he just started to ignore my text messages and emails. I gave him plenty of opportunity to just tell me there was no interest in coming out and he couldn't even tell me that. This company is very unprofessional so if you work in the HOA industry, STAY AWAY!
