I was shocked at how rude the staff was. I talked to three different people with three different questions. First was a floor clerk that was just a little short with. No big deal. The second was a print specialist that audibly sighed and rolled her eyes when I asked for a price breakdown of one of their services. The third was another print specialist that just acted like I was stupid for asking a question. There was never any animosity and all the interactions were very short. I wasn't shopping their casually, i was \at work\ too so no need to act like that.
I didn't know how much customer service could really come out of an office Depot. I was helped by a woman named Annette today in the printing area and I had one of the most positive experiences, I swear. Without writing an essay, she was professional, friendly and efficient. 6/5, would recommend.
There was some confusion over my print job combined with a system glitch that canceled my order. Jared was amazing in his relentless mission to make it right - and he did. You're awesome, Jared! Thank you so much!
