Wonderful folks! We had a bird stuck in our chimney and they were prompt to follow up and very reasonably priced. You could tell they knew what they were doing and they were super professional wearing a mask and helped answer our questions. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a similar problem! These guys were GREAT!!! I was frazzled with squirrels in garage attic. They return calls in timely manner, removed critters professionally and humanely and explained everything clearly. Brandon was extremely patient! Definitely recommend. Hope I don't need them too soon again though.
Contacted these guys after a recommendation from a friend of a friend for a squirrel problem. The little critters were living in the ceiling of the home we bought a few months ago. Jim came out the next day after we called and located the opening within minutes. He set up 3 traps on the roof near the hole and within 3 days 3 squirrels were caught and the hole could be sealed up! The pricing was very cost effective and the service was prompt and courteous. I highly recommend this very efficient company.
Set up with these guys to come take a look at the squirrel issue i am having, they were supposed to call me between 9 am - 10 am and tell me when they would be at the house. They were aware of the address. Called me at 9:53am to tell me they would not come to my neighborhood, East Garfield Park. They had been burned before, traps had been stolen and they feared for the safety of their employees. Well don't say you service Chicago and then don't service Chicago, don't tell me you don't go east of Cicero if I were on Michigan Ave you would have come out. Firstly know your city neighborhoods, secondly I have lived in my neighborhood for 5 years, I love it and am not happy with you telling me it is not safe.
