We were looking to upgrade our garage doors and had heard nothing but good things about American Overhead Door. When we wanted a quote they were quick and responsive and the price was unmatched. The technician who came out was respectful, neat, and did a great install...even took the time to explain some preventative maintenance items. Overall a great experience from start to finish!

The experience was excellent. Picked out a door online. They did not have the door in stock with the options I was looking for, but within two weeks the door arrived and was installed. Service was great. In a couple hours, the service tech had the new door installed. It couldn't have been any easier from a buyer experience and the door looks great.

Came in to get a replacement spring for my door. They were extremely helpful and friendly. They had to custom make my spring because of the odd size. I figured i would upgrade to a stronger cycle rating and they were able to calculate the wire gage spring size needed to get 45k cycles. Also was able to get a 24 turn around. If the spring holds up to there spec i will not be back for 9 or 10 years... When that times comes ill be back.
