A real pleasure doing business with Alex, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Bike exactly as described and communication throughout was great. A lot of motorbike dealerships including franchised dealers could learn a lot about customer service from him. Will be happy to buy another bike through ARJ motorcycles.
I found a Honda Supermagna on an Ebay Classified listing and it was posted by Alex the Proprieter of ARJ Motorcycles. I was the first to buy this bike and I found Alex, to an honest dealer and a man of his word. He and I liased and complete the transaction and even though I live 5 hours away. Alex went the extra mile and sent me a superb walk around video of the bike running and revving and it helped to finalize the deal. The bike was safety checked over and a quality new tyre was fitted and Alex even advised ‘scrub the new tyre in!’ This to me reflected a very caring dealer who was outstandingly honest and transparent and I would highly recommend Alex and AJR Motorcycles! I personally found Alex to be very professional, most polite and precise in my personal bike purchase. Thank you sincerely Alex & team for looking after me. My Battery died few days ago, I rang up Alex the Manager and he said he would come down to me and replace the battery and making the journey I know which would of taken over 1 hour. Battery fitted and tested to make sure its charging, Amazing customer service and a really nice guy. Thanks Alex for all your help!!!
Bought a bike as a runner an nearly killed me.. Dishonest and a no good bike dealer.. I will never use this place... Filled the front axel with greese to pass an mot... Collapased nearl killed me.. Dishonest.. I would never trust these people..
