Since Covid the processes put in place have been outstanding for all my family. Appointment within a few hours with video call where necessary. Repeat prescriptions available and sent to the pharmacy which deliver. Very impressed thank you

Had emergency Xrays done on my neck and hands at Lister Hospital on Friday 2nd October, phoned Surgery today Monday 5th and told could take 6 to eight weeks for results. What use is that to me, could be dead by then.

We are so happy being at this medical centre we have been with them for 15yrs and wouldn't change them at all the receptionists are really helpful and professional the drs themselves and Nurse Kelly are really great wouldn't go anywhere else f we do not have to .

They're thoughtful and thorough and always treat me as an individual not a number. I can't praise them highly enough - from the doctors to the nurses to the reception staff. The NHS at its best.
