There were no employees to give instructions for the toboganning. People were going back to back without waiting the track to be cleared by the person who went first. My daughter got hit by another child and hurt herself. It could have been way worse. Additionally, the rubber mats were misplaced causing the tobo go down the track super fast since some mats weren’t there to slow you down. I hit the padding very hard and got my neck hurt! There must be more precautions and the place should be taken care of better for safety reasons.

Is cool to have a place to skii without a mountain. Its for starters or the ones that like tricks. It has some icy parts but is fun

Some staff did not want to acknowledge me. Other staff could not do enough to assist me. My snowboarding instructor was amazing! After 50 minutes I could snowboard. :) snowboarding made me feel happier after such rude/ignorant people. If you get the chance and can’t go to the hills do it.

Very fun, extremely friendly and dedicated staff/teachers. Guillermo especially had tremendous patience with me and made sure I didn't give up each time I fell. Thank you!!

Very nice place, stuff is very friendly. Bus from Madrid is not very comfortable. I expected that it stops at the mall but you have to walk 5 min which is not nice in the sun.

Extremely rude client service over the phone, they scold clients for not giving them the reservation tracking number right away. "I told you already about the reservation number, do you want to give it to me now?!!!", so get ready for a friendly conversation...
