I visited on a Saturday afternoon, and had an excellent tasting experience of a Junmai, a Junmai Gingo (Autumn) and a Junmai Daiginjo. Each one was different in flavour and texture, but all were balanced, elegant and quite delicious examples of the styles. I also tried a new generation style, designed for newer/Western sake drinkers. I think it will sell very well to people who try it! The hosts were very kind and informative. I will definitely go back. I recommend visiting and taking some sake home to enjoy with dinner :)

A different type of Ryo!! Fruity and yet dry!!
Tucked down a quiet side street ust a few minutes from Shin-Matsuda Station, this brewery apparently used to supply nihonshu to the castle in Odawara. They have a variety of products and offer tastings of 5 or so in the shop. I bought one made using yeast derived from nearby cherry blossoms and it was really good. The staff was friendly and helpful too. Recommended if you're in the neighborhood.
昔、一年ほど松田町へ住んでいた時から、気になっていた中沢酒造。 ２年前の酒蔵見学以来、出来立ての新酒を購入するため訪れます。 今回は、しぼりたて 松みどり、限定生酒 松みどり、Ｓ.tokyoをゲット。 今はコロナ禍ですが、以前のように酒蔵見学ができたら良いですね。
河津桜酵母の限定酒「亮」を 頂きました。 香りと旨味で季節を感じさせてくれる お酒てす。 日本酒が苦手な方にも飲んでみて納得してもらえると思います！
酒ケーキ 手土産 おつかいものに良いです。 私は日本酒飲むの好きなので、食べたことはないですが、 喜ばれましたよ。(結構お酒の香り強いとのこと) 今年も”新酒” 楽しみです。(12/23もうすぐ！）
