If I could give a 0 I would. It’s run poorly by the most unqualified management team possible. Even if you could look past the management office, Friday - Sunday nights are horrible. If you are not home by 8pm then expect to sit in traffic less than a block from the apartments. They don’t enforce their own parking rules, so even once you’re in the gate after an 20-30 minute traffic jam, you have to drive around the parking deck to find a spot not taken by nonresidential in the residents parking spaces. Once you’re finally in your apartment you get to hear the wonderful sounds of drunk people yelling until 6am. Oh the joy! Maybe if I didn’t have to deal with incompetence from the property management team it would make me be able to deal with the noise and traffic. They never answer the phone, never return calls, and respond to emails maybe once every week or two. We had to pay for a water leak in our own apartment because maintenance was only doing emergency work orders and apparently our tub running nonstop wasn’t an emergency. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else. I wish we did.

I had a beautiful view from my balcony and I truly enjoyed my peaceful reading time on the balcony. Maintenance staff always fixed my issues quickly after I submitted the online requests. Leasing officers are extremely friendly and helpful - I moved out in January 2018 for relocation to Seattle, and officers helped me forward mails/graduation diploma which got sent to this old address. Cons: Many residents including me had questions on the water/sewing billing as the monthly charge by One Point Technology seems to be much higher than expected.
I've loved 1016 Lofts so far. The property is clean and well kept, I haven't had a single problem in my apartment that wasn't fixed quickly, and the location is great. It's also very affordable. Highly recommend.
If you don’t know about this area believe me... peace and quiet will be the last thing you’ll receive on the weekends. From Thursday thru Sunday the night clubs located behind these apartment Blast their music til 3 and 4 in the morning. And the traffic.. It’s ridiculous! For the money I pay for rent here I am not comfortable and I can’t wait until my lease is up.
I lived here for a year and wished I had lived here the first time I moved to Atlanta (3.5 years). For the value, this apartment is the BEST I’ve seen in all of the apartments I’ve ever stayed in throughout my post-graduate life. Location is convenient to shops and restaurants. (Okay construction sucks and roads are narrow, but I realized you don’t need a car if you live in West Midtown anyway). Management is AMAZING. Brittany and Suzanne are so so sweet and accommodating / goes out of her way to make sure your needs are met. Neighbors are, for the most part, really awesome too. It’s an easy place to cross paths with the same people (dog park, pool, general layout of building too), and most people have each other’s backs. I’ve made friends out of my neighbors. Amenities are superb too. Gym has barbells, punching bag, treadmills, ellipticals, yoga mats, and a private room where you can follow cardio videos. Pool is clean. Sometimes you get the unruly neighbor who brings a mosh pit and blasts speakers, but they get fined thanks to cameras. Security is good too for the most part. I haven’t heard of anyone break into apartments. One thing I hope will be improved is the security for the parking lot. The gates always break due to intruders tailgating. Thankfully there is a security guard during weekends due to the fact that the apartment is next to Compound, a club. I felt really secure, but maybe that’s because I lived on the top floor. Oh, and cheap dog rent/free cat rent. Hallelujah. If I moved back to Atlanta, I would totally move back to 1016 Lofts. Edit: oh also, walls and floors are concrete, so it’s pretty soundproof!
