I have mixed feelings about AMLI Arts Center. Pros: Updated and modern building. Great floor layouts. Clean and well-maintained throughout the facility. Responsive leasing office and management team. The maintenance crew is absolutely outstanding. Gym is pretty nice and the pool is amazing. Located right next to the Marta and within walking distance to the center of Midtown. Free parking and coffee. Member of Midtown Alliance. Almost weekly resident events. Cons: Slow elevators especially when one is being used for service or broken. Crime in the parking lot. Rent is way too high for the location compared to nearby apartment buildings of similar quality. Gnats in the summer. Coffee machine and printer are frequently out of order. Club room could use updating. Impossible for guests to get in through concierge. Does not enforce guest limit rules at the pool. Overall, I probably would have stayed if they gave me cheaper rent. I just feel like when I pay extra money than buildings nearby, the security should be better and it should not take forever to repair things in the building when they break (replacing floors, pipe bursts, elevator parts, etc.). It also makes me angry that the new person who moves into my unit will pay 200 less in rent each month and get 6 weeks free. If AMLI would have given me 200 of my rent, they would have saved money because I would not be eligible for 6 weeks free. It just does not make sense. AMLI is losing money for no reason.

I have stayed here for almost a year, the building is amazing. I have really enjoyed my time here. All of the staff are super friendly. Ryan at the front desk always goes above and beyond out of his way to help out with anything. Melissa is always quick to respond to any question and address any problem that arise in a timely manner.
Nice luxurious place to live, the amenities are Gr8 as well. The management team are also great, they were welcoming & informative. Davia was very helpful with my move in process after a minor hiccup on my part. Can’t thank her enough for her expertise professionalism.
I LOVE THIS PLACE! I've been here for a year now and can say I really like being here . I appreciate the closeness to the Marta which is directly across the street,which is easy for me getting to work, the leasing team, concierge and maintenance is remarkable . I worked with Dj who is very thorough and fun to work with! I enjoy the monthly resident events which helps someone new to the city meet new people. I like that the building is walkable to the new Whole foods and close to the park. I definitely recommend!
