I am new to Atlanta area and was searching for an experienced OB/GYN and for some one to remove and insert a Nexplanon. I was seen 11/9/20 and did not have a good experience. I’ve been running in circles waiting for insurance, dr, and Caremark. I’ve been waiting patiently but feel as though my health concerns aren’t being taken serious.

I was really nervous after reading some of the reviews but everyone I talked to on the phone and everyone at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and so polite. They took me right on time (although I went on a Tuesday afternoon so maybe that helped). My nurses assistant seemed like she was in a bit of a hurry but still extremely polite. And Nurse Brown was efficient but still very kind and took the time to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable.

Dr. Brown is absolutely amazing. I have endometriosis, but I have never had a doctor take my health concerns seriously, they always brush it off as normal cramping. Dr. Brown was the first doctor to EVER listen to my health concerns. She is patient, kind, and gentle. The nurses are so kind as well!

The staff has been excellent every time I've been there. They also have been very attentive with appointments and phone calls to me. My wait times has been very acceptable. Also... Great results.

I've made the mistake of going here twice (for location convenience). First time around I was diagnosed incorrectly with test results which gave me major mental and anxiety issues only to be emailed a few days later with apologies because they gave me the wrong results. That doctor, Dr. Gulzar Kassam, retired shortly after. Second year around I go in for my annual with Dr. Harley. I was ordered a ton of lab work which wasn't covered by insurance because I was told I \might\ have a heart murmur, ovarian cancer, breast cancer, and fibroids. All of this said, I'm 27 years old with no previous medical issues, procedures, or irregular pap smears. I see an endocrinologist for my thyroid, which gets tested on a quarterly basis. So if something was up I would have known before this visit. Weeks later, I tracked down my results and found out all lab work came back normal. You can guess why I canceled my follow up appointments. Thanks but no thanks. I will take myself elsewhere to get a second opinion and spend my money on follow up procedures if even necessary. I felt very taken advantage of with my health care coverage and . Don't trust this practice or doctor.
