Maria is terrific to work with. I am starting back into exercise after major surgery and she is very supportive of adapting activities to where each person can start from. I would recommend Maria for fitness classes or support.

Maria will help you change your life! She helped me change mine and was an incredible motivator, listener, and coach. She is passionate and committed to health and wellness and will help you get the results you want. I work a stressful and demanding job with very long hours, and as a result was stressed out, unhealthy, and unhappy with the state of my personal health and fitness, feeling like I never had time to do anything. I worked with Maria for 6 months: the first 3 months in her Immersion Health Coaching Program, and for the last 3 months, we designed a program that focused on providing accountability and support as I was implementing changes and continuing to transition to a healthier life. She helped me understand that it is crucial to make time for yourself, and that we always have a choice of where we choose to focus our attention. We had regular meetings, exchanged daily texts and motivations for accountability, and she was a tremendous listener and gave very thoughtful advice. One of the most valuable things for me was discovering and reversing why I comforted myself with food and unhealthy behaviors. I now treat my body with respect and am more mindful about decisions I make. At the end of our sessions, I had lost 30 lbs and have kept it off with the habits I developed working with Maria, but more important than the weight loss, I have gained an entirely new appreciation for myself and a confidence that has improved many aspects of my life. You will not regret working with Maria. She's the best!!!

Maria is amazing!! She is very knowledgeable about how the body works. She will stay on top of you to make sure you're following the health regimen she sets for you - this way you're kind of in it together! She really cares about helping you learn how to take care of your body - eating healthy, exercising, and taking vitamins. My dad had triple bypass surgery and Maria had a HUGE impact on his recovery!!! With her help, he was able to climb a mountain just six months after his surgery! I highly recommend Maria!
