I am now a retired still licensed insurance producer. This requires getting your annual Continuing Education classes in. Not working at at agency for the past four years required me figuring out my coursework on my own to renew my license. Swoop in BetterCE!! From the initial marketing emails I began to receive, soliciting my business, to my complete interaction with their team was so helpful and easy. I really couldn't believe it. They actually pick up the phone when you call and you get a live person. Cristy and Kim walked me through the process from beginning to end, without hesitation, and with pleasure. BetterCE gets it!!! Very USER-FRIENDLY online course! Of course I waited until the last minute, but when I kept receiving reminders about my License Expiration they were all from BetterCE, so I purchased the course! Best decision that I ever made. I highly recommend this course and everyone I talked to was super helpful and patient!

I have been trying to get a refund for 6 weeks. Sent an email - no response. Called - they promised to take care of it but still nothing. I didn't complete the course, take the test, or submit for CEs which is in line with their refund policy. Not a lot of money, but it is mine. Update: I received my refund after going through Paypal
