I first met Dr Duncan in November 2002. I weighed 288 lbs. I had gastric bypass in June 2003. I had to go through a lot of hoops for my insurance. Luckily there were great staff there to walk me through the entire process fast & easy. The first month I only lost 16 lbs. Dr Duncan told me I wasn't a big eater, I was a big sitter. I joined Curves & my weight dropped so fast. In 6 mos I lost over a hundred pounds. Dr Duncan was so nice & helpful with all my questions. That was 17 years ago & my weight stays around 140 lbs. I got down to 119 lbs but looked awful. So he told me if this continues I'd be malnourished. So I did everything he told me to & he set my goal at 150. But I like me better at 140 so that's where I stay. I researched for years before I found Dr Duncan & I refer lots of people to him. He's the best. If you follow his instructions, you will definitely reach the goal he sets for you.

I had the sleeve procedure done almost a year ago (July) with major complications which involves a coma/ICU for 2 1/2 months. After going home on a walker and not being about write my recovery was not normal. I saw the office with one follow up from icu but not one for the recovery of the sleeve. After 4 months I called and asked about my follow up appointment and I was told that I had non. So I’ve been on my own trying to do all the right things. I would not recommend this office for the lack of interest or concern in my well being after the surgery and subsequent emergency surgery. I was not sent to physical therapy to help me walk or write and now almost a year later I’ve been having other issues and was told that due to my coma I should have an MRI. PLEASE CHOOSE WISELY!

I did everything over 2 years now...still nothing and the communication from this staff is terrible. They have an excuse for everything. I need to find another doctor.

I’ve just received my surgery date. When the staff called to tell me, she was just as excited for me as I was for myself. Seem like she got just as emotional as I did. This is such a beautiful place the staff is very friendly and informative. March 24th is the big day just 7 days before my 55th Birthday! I’m so excited yes, a little nervous but I’m trusting that God will use Dr. Titus in a mighty way with gift and his talent to help others I plan to do a update after my surgery! Stay tuned!

Dr Titus Duncan and staff are AWESOME! A lot of these complaints are not because of the Doctor or his staff. It is a insurance issue. or the patient not doing their part in the process. Dr. Duncan is one of the top physicians doing barbaric surgery and he truly care about his patients and practice. If you have complaints or concerns take them up with the office. Dr. Duncan is the best surgeon I have the pleasure of calling my Doc. Long time patient RF.
