Used to be a great practice...I moved from GA now I’m back and all of old folks are gone. Some needed to go like Chanida in billing but some of my favorites are also gone...Kim (billing not front desk Kim) and Shay. I know turn over in inevitable but you keep the good folks. I was always able to make suitable payment plans with Kim and make sure my claims paid and Shay always made sure my drugs were called in and my labs results were sent to me. I don’t have these luxuries with the new folks.

I have been with this practice for over 9 years, which began witb excellence, but as the years have gone by there has been a significant decline in the quality of service when it comes to out of office communications. There has been several times when i had left messages, which warranted either a response or an action ; in reference to my healthcare and i got neither. Unfortunately, the patient portal, in my opinion, has been very much less than helpful because it was usually not working. Dr. Blass been a great physician, but unfortunately as time has gone by, naturally. he has had several staff changes. While in office my experience has been mostly pleasant, but when needing services by phone, there is a lacking factor that makes me consider changing to another practice.

Both doctors were personable, reasonably well-informed and appropriate in their medical care and recommendations. The office staffs are friendly but seem to be preoccupied with back office concerns. For the most part, they were responsive to my needs when requested, but not proactive. My major disappointment and concern was that I had to call the office on three separate occasions to request a doctor ordered follow-up visit after my stay in the hospital. I was told on the first call that the nurse would contact the doctor personally and see getting me a timely appointment since I was more than half way through the antibiotics required for after care from my hospital stay. She did not contact me so I called her back next day and reminded her that I needed to have a timely follow-up visit with the doctor. And that I had called yesterday. Again, I did not receive a phone call with any information about a follow-up visit. So I called again on the third day made it very clear that I needed to see the doctor to see I was getting better on home care. Finally I received an appointment with the doctor for that day. This incident overshadowed many of the positive aspect of my medical care at this office.
