Pretty good Transit and transfer station not the cleanest no bathroom it closed at 2 am you can catch the gold line train to the airport from here lot of patrons always busy try not to lay over but awesome security from the marta police is always on patrol.

Marta or Atlanta Police needs to manage crowd during rush hours. This is bus stop, look people just don’t care or bother to follow any directions. Hope the mayor or city help clean up this mess. -Today 11/5/19 Atlanta civic center bus stop made history... OMG the side walk was clean.. what happened, I thought I was getting off bus in a different city. So officials do know how to clean up. Hope leadership take initiative to maintain this area.

Megabus stole my money and would not refund. I bought a ticket to Nashville the payment went through but never received the ticket confirmation. I called and was told to email customer service. I did several times and sent them a screen shot of the text I received from my bank proving the deduction. This company is a rip off and I will continue to tell people not to use this service. It was my first time so after that awful thieving experience by Megabus I stick with dependable Greyhound and Amtrak always dependable and always on time.

On July 10th I caught the Megabus from the Peachtree St NW location. I wasn't to crazy about standing outside waiting for bus. But the driver for the ATL route to Columbia, SC at 10am made my trip a whole lot better. The bus was cleaned and the driver kept us updated on any changes, stops and road conditions. He was Awesome!! I arrived to my destination on time and feeling better about waiting for bus outside.. lol. Kudos to the driver again Route ATL to Columbia, SC on July 10 at 10am
