Was one of the first five people here. Took them 35 minutes just to call the first group back. That was to wait another 20 to see the clerk. Provide the application and pay my fee. Then get shuffled over to get fingerprints done. Can’t by that by credit card like I did my application fee or include it in the fee, that would make too much sense. Another 45 minutes later and still waiting for fingerprints. Government bureaucracy at its finest! And we should trust you with any tax dollars, kids education, or healthcare?

Went to register out of state car on 1/27. Long line. Seems to move recently. Took from 11:15 until 2:15 to finish, but they did all I needed to do. Make sure you have all your docs and a charged up phone if you go for tags!

Be prepared to wait at least 3 hours before even making it inside. Huge failure of government. I have never had a worse experience at an administrative building. At least the people behind the desk were helpful, but man. Take a whole day to come here

Such a terrible experience. After asking the officer for assistance, he turned his back to me and started walking away. While walking away another man asked for assistance, and his response was to \Just look at the grey box.\ I waited for 45m, 20th in line, and not a single person was called to be assisted. On the bright side, the gentleman behind the desk for probate was exceptionally friendly and insightful.

The rudest people I have ever met work here. I have had issues every single time I’ve had contact with anyone who works there. I just called to clarify a question about my marriage license and got a yelled response and then hung up. It is very sad that they let people keep their jobs with that type of attitude. I would give -1,000 stars if I could. Trash is all I have left to say.
