I am having the same issue as the people below. This site is a scam! And they also stopped responding to my emails! I need this passport ASAP!!! Still have nothing and don’t even have the old one. Dorothy Hyppolite stated they would keep me updated, have not heard anything from her In WEEKS!!! Waste of time and money!

RMP is willfully taking people's money and NOT telling them that the government is not expediting passports since March. They took our money on a 3-5 day expedited guarantee...we are in day 12 and nothing. We have submitted 3 support tickets to them, NO REPLY AT ALL. We have called and stayed on hold for an agent for over an hour multiple times, NO ANSWER. I would recommend you stay away from this company.
Do not use this company. It will be a waste of money. They are actively advertising rush turn around times, even though the US State Department isn’t processing expedited passports. I was initially told their standard rush times (less than a week), then told 4-6 weeks, then 6-8 weeks. It’s been over 12 weeks and still no passport, and now they’re not replying to customer service emails. I paid them a lot of money (on top of the government expedited fees) for nothing. At least before I sent my renewal in, I had my expired passport as secondary ID. Now I’m stuck with nothing and no idea when I’ll get my replacement.
This is a scam. Under no circumstances use this service . They took my money . I have not heard anything .
In early May, my wife and I needed to renew our passports for a trip we were planning on July 6th. We had roughly 7 weeks. We ran across this service which clearly stated that they WERE processing renewals and name changes only and the turn around time would be 4-6 weeks. So we applied online, sent our documents. They were received, approved, and forwarded to the State Department. I started calling 4 weeks in because I didn’t have any update from Rushmypassport. I can not list the lies I have been told but it’s been everything from “You are going to be fine, they process based on travel dates, to they are back and fully staffed and it should only be a few more days. None of which where true. The truth is they took our 176.95 each when they knew for a fact that the State Department was not processing ANY passports and only after the week of June are at a very limited staff and are still not offering any expedited services (which we paid for) and only processing emergency passports for a qualified death or illness. I asked for a refund and of course I was told there are no guarantees on turn around time. Are you freaking kidding me. We are supposed to leave this coming Monday July 6th and we have no passport renewals, no returned documents and our resort is basically telling us to pound sand because not getting a passport is not a qualifying event to even get a credit for next year so I am out over 4000 for our trip plus Rush my passport fraudulently stole 353.90 plus the State Dept fees of 254.26. As of today they will continue to steal your money on a promise of a 4-6 week “expedited” service when I talked to the state Dept and they said it could be 10-14 “more” weeks. This is fraud. They are providing no service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Period!!!
