I reached out to this office and got slapped pretty hard by whoever is on the other end of the emails. Despite the website's claim to accept Medicare, I was told they do not. When I presented them with the screenshot of their own website, I was screamed at. \Warmly\, the description they used on their site, is not how I would describe the way I was treated. This person was shockingly abusive. This journey is unbelievably stressful, as it is. I'm trying so hard not to cry. I've been recovering from complex grief, over the last 8 months with cardiac complications. I also have PTSD. I could have done without this. I'm not going to let this ruin my day. I pray this energy gets returned to its sender and for that person to learn something from it. How we treat others is a direct reflection of how we treat ourselves. Remember that.

Went for a physical. I have United healthcare insurance. After they took about 6 vials of blood they tried to charge me 250 because of the “special labs” they like to use. 250 is an outrageous price for a physical for someone who is fully insured. I have never had any issues like that. Why couldn’t they check beforehand? Could they have warned me that this appointment would cost almost 300? Apparently not and this will be my last visit to this boojie doctors office.

This is the kind of Doctors office I needed my whole life! I was intimidated the first time I went because it looks so hip and cool, but everyone is so welcoming. Hannah and Duane are a dream! I hate going to the doctor but they make the whole experience relaxing and safe. It's worth the drive to feel cared for and seen as a person not a copay.

1. No health care provided. 2. Charged for asking a question 2. Never returned multiple requests for a call from the doctor. I went for an annual physical and he did the normal \stuff\! Then asked is there anything else going on. So I said yes and explained the problem. He didn't move from the chair and simply said, \ ill prescribe you muscle relaxers\! He didn't check a thing. Pill pushers/I've heard of them and now experienced it. NEVER again will my wife and I go to this practice.
