I rarely leave reviews. I haven’t leased at the Bryant yet. These apartments are a little on the pricier side. I’d be relocating so I’m just trying to get a gage of everything. And how far it would be from my job. Nicole has been so helpful. Very accommodating with the virtual tours. Answers all my questions quickly. Knows a lot about the area so that is helpful. Hopefully the pricing comes down a little would love to live here the property looks amazing!

Update 12/30/2019: Varrick and the entire maintenance team here is AWESOME! I had a minor issue with my lights on Christmas day and they volunteered to come by while they were off to fix it. I informed them there was no need to and it could wait until the next business day. They promptly arrived early the next morning to resolve it. Also, they are diligent with checking in and making sure all fire detectors are functioning properly. Every time I have submitted a maintenance request it has been resolved within 24 hours. I cannot sing their praises enough wonderful staff. Again 5 stars! My family and I just recently moved into this wonderful and beautiful community. We couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service, courtesy, and attention to detail given by the staff. It almost feels as if you’re living in a 5 star hotel. David James and Autumn Lewis took care of us. They are AWESOME! They made the entire process from apartment tour, lease execution, and move in smooth and care free. The amenities are second to none and you’d be hard pressed to be in a better location. 5 STARS!
Lived here for a little over a month now -- the apartment building itself is absolutely gorgeous. The office staff is unorganized, unresponsive, and unreliable. Getting my free months rent took 3 phone calls 3 days in a row and an in person visit. I still have a guest parking decal from move in because they couldn't get my assigned one to work. Packages are an absolute mess; sometimes they get left at your door, sometimes they're left in the mail room, sometimes they're in the office. If the office does have it, they don't notify you. Someones tires just got stolen from a car inside the parking gate, when I asked for more information on the incident email they sent it, no response. Heard it from the tow truck driver in passing. The elevator service update expired in July, which might explain them breaking down twice in one month. I really like the building. The location is great. But for the price, I'd expect a way more professional staff and definitely parcel lockers.
This place is the biggest SCAM!! They love to take your money but don’t want to resolve any issues! The communication from the front office is nonexistent and the managers act like they’re too good to even come and speak with the tenants! I can’t wait to move out and I would NOT recommend anyone to stay here!
