I would like for everyone to continue reading the response from the owner before you make final judgment. The response from him was unexpected and really makes me feel so good. I am appreciative of offer and we will do business with them when we reschedule. It is so nice to have them work with us. Initial complaint: We were excited to rent from them. The initial experience was easy and they were very helpful. The new slogan in our country \ We are in this together\ however, doesn't apply to this company. We understand that everyone has a company to run and we 100% support our local businesses. We had an employee contract COVID and we had to reschedule our event. We were only able to give a few days notice that the event was being rescheduled. We did not wish to have a refund but they insisted that it was policy. We really just wanted to schedule it for a different date but they insisted that they refund our money but...ONLY FOR HALF OF THE RENTAL FEES. We understand that policies are put in place to protect companies. We will not use this company when we reschedule our event because of this however. It was a small order. Since we were not cancelling it and because we only wanting to reschedule, I believe that they should have worked with us better. Two stars for being so polite and for being helpful in setting up the order.

****CAUTION BEFORE YOU RENT ******* I rented China, flatware, Trinity candle holder, flutes and all purpose glasses for my daughter’s wedding. Michael Gonzales, manager, was the worst! Customer service was horrible. He quoted me a price and was supposed to take 1/2 up front and balance at pickup. He charged the full amount. He also included delivery of 125. When I told him I would pick up. Michael refunded, but I still had to pay the balance due even when my refund had not posted back to my bank account. I rented gold flatware. It was tarnished. I needed 40 flute glasses, but because the glasses came in stacks of 36 he charged me an extra amount for another stack of 40 when he stated he would not. I paid the bill, but vowed I would share this horrible experience with anyone who dare rent from TLC Rentals on Southland Cir AtlantaGA

TLC Rents is absolutely awesome! I worked with Mary Claire and she was an absolute angel. She was extremely helpful as I made decisions regarding decor. She offered suggestions and exercised extreme patience with me. My event was beyond magnificent thanks to TLC Rents and the expertise of Mary Claire. I will definitely use them for my next affair.
