Everyone I know who lives here can’t wait until their leases end so they can leave, including us. Management and staffing is a constant revolving door, and now it’s come to our attention that a number of units are hosting as airbnb spots and host massive loud parties at all hours of the night. We’ve had several car break ins and packages being ripped into in the mail room, and our security camera in the garage don’t even record. This is a nice place but the residents have ruined it with their constant lease violations. Right now we don’t even have a manager to complain to either. Shameful.

This place is so bad that the residents banded together to contact the corporate office. Don't live here. It was great when Matt and his team were here so those earlier comments are pretty true. When Alliance came in, everything changed. I am so happy to close this chapter and move on so I won't go into too much detail. Here's what you need to know: -SO MUCH THEFT -broken elevator for 6 months -no guest parking / lots of car booting -can't get ahold of management I feel bad for whoever has to reply to this thanking me for my review and asking me to call the office. Don't worry, we all have tried. We just can't get through. Here's some pics of the theft they didn't do anything about. Lol. Don't waste your money.

I could say I'm fairly pleased with living here. Matt has been very helpful on solving all the issues that I had in a timely manner. Parking has improved lately since a vehicle booting was put in place and only residents can park behind the gates. I love the pool, the view, and the place overall is clean. Of course there are a few inconveniences: the ceiling/floor is too thin, and if you have someone upstairs with a hardwood floor, you will hear every step. There's a construction site for water management, and when the bulldozers and excavators are working, all my dishes are shaking. Anita said they would finish in a couple of months when I moved in (that was a year ago), but they still haven't. Regarding car break-ins, even though I never leave stuff in my car, I think some video surveillance in the parking lot would be very useful and bring a peace of mind. Update: Been living here for almost 3 years now, and this property keeps going downhill. Had 3 (or more?) management teams since the beginning of this year. We had about 3 car break-ins only in the past month, shattered windows everywhere in the parking lot still hasn't been cleaned. Residents throwing their trash everywhere in the parking lot, packages being opened or stolen from the mail room now and then, elevators constantly breaking. I honestly can't wait for my lease to be up so I can move out!

Honestly I've had nothing but positive experiences here at the Heights. Many of the previous reviews were true HOWEVER they were representative of the previous management. The CURRENT team- Sam, Shynell, and Debbie- have been nothing but accommodating to my sister and I. There were a ton of issues prior to their arrival so they came into a messy situation and have had to work overtime to try to correct problems that were present before they were. I've enjoyed my time here and would recommend :)

When I read google reviews complaining about difficulties applying for an apartment I did not take it into much consideration, as I was more focused on the actual apartment. Applying for an apartment at Westside Heights was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience to say the least. The leasing office was nice at first, but I was forced to pay 535 just to apply for an apartment. At other companies with comparable rents such as AMLI their fee is 99. The leasing office was friendly until I got a credit check in which I apparently \failed.\ After their office received that notice I was treated like a common criminal by Westside Heights. I called the credit company and they explained it was an error where 80 (14% of my application fee) was mistakenly reported as owed. The credit office sent me official documents stating this information. I contacted Westside Heights to see who I could send this official document to. They informed me that my application was denied and to not send anything. After over a month I have yet to receive any of the refund for my 535 I was promised when I was first asked to pay it to submit my application. For reference I have documentation that I have paid a comparable rent for over a year and have a steady income. They acted like I was not financially capable of paying for their \luxury\ apartments. I cannot say enough about how horrible this process was. I still have gotten no money back. Save yourself and apply somewhere else where you will get better service and likely a better living experience.
