This is the worst VA I have ever been to. I've been trying to contact my healthcare provider by phone for the past 3 months. I finally decided to go in personally and they assured me all would be taken care of. It's been almost two months now. I keep getting a call from an assistant saying: the Dr will call you sometime today, but I have yet to receive a call. Not only that, but my appointment keeps getting pushed back. Ive also been waiting for a refill for a month and a half. They're a hot mess.

I have been blessed to have VA benefits since leaving at he service in 1990. I am thankful to be able to say that the Services received have greatly improved so much. The staff at the clinic in Athens Ga as well as the VA hospital in Augusta Ga are very professional, courteous and timely. I appreciate the Veterans administration being their for all who served. God Bless America !! And thank you Jesus!!

It's a pretty good hospital they have all the services that you need. They don't help with shoes unless you are service-connected I don't understand why, but there's a lot of things that you don't get here that you can get another facilities other VA hospitals. I was waiting for a ear appointment about ringing in my ears and waited for three months and then when I came back to see the doctor the doctor said I didn't need an appointment.
