American Party Rental was the perfect company to help us for our wedding! We had a large order that we adjusted quite a few times with COVID and plans changing. Overall they were flexible, professional and provided truly exceptional customer service by Valerie. I can't recommend using them enough for your event. They are on time and reliable, and helped us out significantly even when our wedding venue was being less than professional. We are so grateful to the delivery team for all they did to make our wedding a dream!

In light of covid-19 I rented a large table to host 7 people for an Thanksgiving meal outdoors. We showed up at American Party rentals with a sedan Lexus thinking we would be allowed to strap the table to the top of the car and be on our way. Turns out this company has a policy that you can’t do that (in fear of the rental or car being damaged). Ok. I get that. So my son and I were standing there OBVIOUSLY struggling to come up with a plan on how to transport the table to our house. The woman at the front desk was simply watching us with an annoyed look on her face. I was looking out the window in desperation and noticed there was a Uhaul truck rental facility RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. Surely this transport situation has occurred before but this woman was not going to offer this really easy solution. I marched over and rented a truck for 20. This company clearly has you covered for your party rentals but you can forget any amount of customer service. Just wanted to let yall know.
