Your office seems to run very smoothly and efficiently. I was forced to change my last appointment several times due to work and travel conflicts, but your staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Also, each time I've had to call your office about other matters (coordination of blood work, etc.), my questions have always been answered any my requests responded to in a timely way. Keep up the great work.

The staff is very attentive and caring. Dr. Evans has a great sense of humor which is an added bonus. I would highly recommend the team!

I have had a relatively minor but annoying infection under my eye for the past year. Dr. Lisa Ellis has been my provider, helper, supporter, and cheerleader through the whole thing. She has been professional, kind, attentive, and has never minimized the stress of it, even though I see people in the waiting room who are clearly much sicker than I. We had to experiment with a few rounds of antibiotics before we found the right combination of three, but she patiently and persistently worked her way through the lab info until we got it right. The eye is almost completely healed, and in a way, I'm sorry, because I won't be going to see her once a month any more. I would recommend her and this office--all the personnel are very friendly and professional--to anyone needing an infectious disease specialist.

Dr. Lisa Ellis is fantastic. Her level of patient care, interest in the patient, and willingness to take the time to explain the details of her diagnosis and treatment far exceeds my experiences with other doctors. Most have the treat'em and street'em approach to patient care but Dr Ellis makes sure your questions and concerns are fully addressed. I highly recommend Austin Infectious Disease and Dr. Ellis.

this was my first appt with Dr James Evans and I found Dr Evans very personable, professional, knowledgeable and informative. Also very detailed in wanting to get all the facts before recommending treatment if required.
