I used the \Schedule a Pro\ option on their website on a Saturday night for an non-emergent issue with our door in our new house and received an email from Zachary at 8:30am Monday morning. Pete was at our house by 12:45 and fixed the issue we had, plus another one he identified. A work by the Hutchins Garage Door team. If I ever need garage door work again I won't hesitate to contact them.
I wish we had done this years ago. Garage opener technology has come a long, long way in the last five years. Our new opener is super quiet and doesn't disturb the rooms upstairs. Our technician was fast, prepared, knowledgeable, and professional. I have already recommended Hutchins to my neighbors.
