I lived here for three years, and it was a wonderful experience! Great and attentive staff, maintenance is quick to resolve any issues, and the pool/hot tub area is kept tidy! The tree coverage is lovely and hard to find in Austin. It is a quick 10 minute drive to Target, HEB, Cenote Coffee, and Austin Community College: Highland. 10/10 recommend.

Magnolia Court Apartments are incredible. These apartments have been a dream for this new Austinite! I spent weeks looking for a decent apartment, only to find shoebox after shoebox for 1300. Luckily, I found someone to sublease from at Magnolia Court and couldn't be any happier with my decision! Along with saving 500 a month (my rent is 852), there are so many pluses to this complex. First of all, shout out to the staff: Angie, Felicia, and Wendi are spectacular at what they do and have made this an easy transition. I went in asking them a new question every day and they were always happy to talk with me and get me the information I needed. Second, the units are spacious and have lots of natural light. I live in a 1 bed, 1 bath and have more than enough space. The patio and added outside storage is a great bonus. Third, the community is great. As a 23 year old single female, I feel safe here and have never had any issues with noise, people, or safety. There are only 2 downsides for me: 1. My unit did not have a washer and dryer in it. (but some of them do, and there is also a laundry building on site) 2. Parking. It's a free for all so if there aren't any spaces left by your apartment, you either have to park in the front outside of the gate or all the way in the back. Two very minuscule points in the grand scheme of things. Happy hunting!

I lived here for four years and would have stayed forever if I hadn't taken a job out-of-state. The apartment itself was awesome - spacious, lots of natural light, up-to-date appliances, and central air all included - and the location is perfect if you're looking for easy access to campus or downtown away from the noise and bustle. What made our experience so awesome was the staff & management! They go above and beyond to take care of the residents; everything about the move-in and move-out process was so easy (even moving out during the pandemic!), they offer fun events every now and then to build community among residents, and they were super fast and professional at responding to maintenance problems. I could not have asked for anything more from an apartment complex! The relatively low rent was just the icing on the cake. I cannot recommend Magnolia Court enough!

You can find a real sense of community here. The women who run this apartment complex put forth a lot of effort to make us feel at home. Since I've been here, there have been events, pot lucks and all manner of positive involvement of the office in the community. Maintenance is very responsive and fast-acting so any issues that have arisen due to the apartment itself have been few and short-lived. Wendi, Angie, and Angela are an amazing team that effectively represent the better half of Austin's housing workforce. My boyfriend and I were eagerly accepted as residents. We've found that the demographic of the apartment complex is diverse so that we fit right in. The apartment is nice too. Appliances work perfectly. Thick walls. Vinyl floors. Well insulated. Complex is clean. Wash room is always clean and machines work well enough. Ample parking.

These apartments feel like an Austin secret. I just moved in and it's been wonderful. The office is friendly and helpful, the move in process was painless, and after a month here with a minor kitchen light issue being resolved quickly, I can see myself staying here for a while. The area in walking distance isn't great but I still feel completely safe. I can't think of another [690 sq ft, 1-bed apartment] costing [905/month] anywhere this close to Austin. The gym is small and the pool is fine, but I don't plan on using them very often anyways. I don't have a washer/dryer in the unit but that's a compromise I was willing to make. They do have larger units with those for an increased rent. My only real gripe is that coming home late at night (past 10pm) means a horrible parking spot, 5 minutes walking back to where I live. I was once scared I wouldn't find a single spot to park my car, although I recently received a message stating management was looking into that. I don't usually write long reviews but I have the free time and an apartment is something you live in for at least a year. I wish there was more detailed reviews for when I was looking. This place has a (at the time of writing) 4.3 review for a reason.
