We decided to switch to Watkins for our auto insurance as well, and they got us a great price. My partner and I pay less for both our cars together than my partner paid for his alone previously! I have used Watkins Insurance Group for years with no claims and no fuss. I was easy money to them. Rarely had to call but when I did, I was always assigned a new representative and it was like pulling teeth to get them to call me back. My last representative was Amy, who provided very poor customer service. That was the last straw so I cancelled them and will never use them again. Extreme lack of communication and promptness!

Review from Tracy below is spot on with my experience as well. Assigned a new representative each time. Hard to get them to contact you and address your problems. Often there are a lot of delays. I had to contact DShanya (see below) for follow up many times to get traction on issues. This person is excellent and gets it done, but it's not a good sign to have to go through their communications/public image person each time for follow up on simple insurance matters. I wish Watkins Insurance the best in the future, and hope other clients have a better experience.
