Really fantastic experience. My brakes were messed up. Stopped here and was immediately taken care of by the mechanic Robin. He not only fixed my breaks, he also identified that my chain needed replacement. He showed me everything he was doing and was very patient even though I was a “walk-in” and he had other work to do. Very grateful!! 5 stars.

Benoit and Muriel were extremely helpful when my 15 year old son and I rented a couple of good quality road bikes to climb the Tourmalet on the day the Tour did it. They were really kind keeping the shop open late for us to pick the bikes up and opening up specially so we could return them. Overall a great experience that wouldn’t have happened without their kindness. Great bikes and well stocked shop too.

The service we received when renting two bikes at short notice was outstanding. The staff were patient, professional and extremely polite and the bikes were perfectly presented and serviced. We experienced a problem with the deposit refund (my bank's fault - not the shop's) and again the shop staff couldn't have been more helpful. I'd wholeheartedly recommend Pyrenees Velo Evolution...

Rented a great Trek climbing bike for five big days of riding in August 2017. The owner opened up his shop on a Sunday to accommodate my arrival, which was super nice. Great location at the base of many climbs.
