Fantastic service great furniture at great prices.. I wouldn't shop anywhere else
Went in to the shop today and spoke with the owner - i had bought a deck chair online a couple of weeks ago from a national store. The stiching had perished and I had to return it to get a replacement. I asked him if he had any spare cardboard I could use for packaging - his demeanour changed instantly from me being a potential customer to a retiree asking for a bit of cast-off cardboard - i paraphrase, \if you'd have bought it here you wouldn't need to be sending it back\!! and more ridiculously, \ if you'd bought sausages somewhere else would you go into Quails and ask for a bag\!!! (by the way, from my experience of Quails they would have!) Let me tell you this Mr McCourt - I will never darken your door again - customer relations - NIL. To finish the story I went to Bowman windows, a place I had never been to before and explained my predicament - without insult or hesitation the member of staff I spoke to was able to source exactly what I wanted. You really should check out the meaning of demanding Mr McCourt. Notice you didn't deny any of your ridiculous comments, plus one thing you forgot to mention was that you told me you didn't have any cardboard!!
Great selection of furniture at fantastic prices and superb customer service. Would be hard to find better.
I asked John if he could source me a range of furniture. Within a day the items where ordered and at a much better price than other retailers. Goods arrived within 8 days. Will be using John again. Would recommend using McCourts as 1st stop
