On holiday and my 7 year old boy was missing boxing. Found a club on the net near us. Spit and sawdust! Dave the head coach was amazing with him! Made him feel part of the club!!! Recommend this club to anyone! Thanks Dave !!! You made Casey’s night!.... all the best to your club....

Joined the Monday group to support those of us with anxiety and depression issues followed by a great session on strategies to help us understand the triggers of our issues and coping strategies.
