Hopeless Delivery damaged by courier and this was somehow MY fault. Took three phone calls and several emails to get a response without a hint of an apology. I am over sixty and been home brewing for 45 years and never experienced such poor customer service. I have used several other suppliers over the years with no issues. Just go somewhere else.
