We found the showroom very helpful for ideas, as we had not had much experience with remodeling. All the staff, particularly James, were very accommodating and helpful. We are very pleased the both the appearance and performance of our new bathroom and would highly recommend BASCS.

Bascs was recommended to us and I we so pleased it was. There is an excellent choice of everything bathroom with high quality products and competitive prices. Ian went out of his way to help us and minimise lead times due to COVID 19. He made great recommendations and when the mirror arrived with a small chip, he replaced it quickly and efficiently. Working with Sam, at Bascs was a pleasure from start to finish. She was able to assist us to make the right decisions when converting our old tired bathroom into a superb modern shower room. Excellent product knowledge and a ' Nothing is too much trouble' attitude means we will be going back to her when the En Suite needs doing. Deservedly a 5 star review.
