Customer service is unmatched. Think Nordstrom’s meets Disney meets your friendly neighborhood garden store. Every time I’ve entered this place the staff have gone above and beyond to make sure my needs are met, including putting me on a list to alert me when the plant I wanted would be in stock. Store is clean and beautiful, plants are of high quality and sold in excellent soil. They’re tremendously helpful and are always available to help you repot a plant; even if you didn’t buy it there. Would give 6 stars if I could.

I have gone here for a few years now and their only downside is that they are a bit pricey. However, for the summer they usually have STUNNING hanging baskets and for a gardener with a shade garden, they usually have a very nice supply of shade tolerant perennials. Over the years I bought several beautiful clematis plants (that are thriving) as well as delightful, delicate epimidium plants doing well too. My photos only show the place in late April, BEFORE it fills up with more annuals and hanging plants.

Very rude & pretentious atmosphere! When you ask questions they act like they are doing YOU a favor! I sensed a very ”liberal organic vibe” which makes sense since THEY are the ones that are intolerant & judgmental of others! They really need to get over themselves! I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my time. There are other local garden centers that have a better selection, a better location, & better customer service. Any positive reviews on this place must be fake! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

Such a beautiful place, great products (love their local honey, soaps, oils), and helpful staff. If you bring in a picture of your front/backyard the staff can help you plan your garden!
