Absolutely shocking customer service can’t speak to anyone on phone bought wallpaper to find the shading is completely different even though batch numbers are the same sent pictures to prove batch numbers all the same was told to hang up other way and still no difference one week later and still no closer to sorting my issue out
Order 2800, ordered wallpaper and paid for 3-5 day delivery, received an automatic email confirming my order. No further response from the company, no dispatch email, tried to email them with no response and tried calling them which just goes through to an EE voicemail, left message and guess what... NOTHING. I am Now placing a PayPal claim to get my money back as my wallpaper did NOT arrive. Think twice before you order from this company (which is likely to be just one guy running the joint). Terrible service BAD BAD BAD
