Floor very dirty. Nearby drains along perimeter very dirty and smelly. Needs to sanitise and thorough cleaning. Overall the whole market and hawkers stall all dirty looking especialky the floors and also toilets

This food court is near to my home, so have visited lots- food is great. Not a large food court compared to most, and most stores closes around 9pm. This time we had food (again) from "Rice & Hot Food & Thai1" stall - tomyam fried rice, Black pepper chicken rice, Pai kut ong rice and Black soya chicken rice. Didn't like the pai kut ong rice didn't agree with us, but the rest were great. Attaching pics below.
Thai food stall is amazing here.. 1 of the best thai rice set in penang. Flavourful and quantity wise also kudos
The toilet is dirty. Hope they rebuilt a better toilet. Why mbpp do nothing about it.
