If I could give this company 6 stars I would. The site is so well set up and they must sweep up regular because unlike other scrap merchants I’ve never had a problem with flat tyres from picking up a stray screw or slither of scrap. The lads are so professional with their jobs and the mixture of that and the one way system set up I’ve never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes from weigh in to driving out of the yard, even in busy periods. (Obviously I’m not counting queuing up) but even then the system is so well thought out that it’s well organised and traffic Through the yard flows excellently. On the subject of pricing I can safely say that Bayliss Metals stick by their statement that top prices paid for the scrap, All year round I’ve come away from there feeling like I’ve had a decent and fair price for my scrap. The customer data system used is really professional too, it’s great that because of all your details being held under the number plate of you’re vehicle there’s no need to remember any customer numbers or dig around for half hour looking for that little card with you’re reference number on. It’s all in the system all you need to do is turn up and weigh in (should you be in another vehicle other than you’re usual just give that registration number and you’re set) They have a copy of you’re photo ID on the system so they will always know who their dealing with. Honest from the lads on the yard floor to the lads in the office they’re a well presented, professional and friendly set of guys. I certainly won’t be taking my scrap anywhere else after my experience with Bayliss Metals, All the best for the future to you boys I’ve been really impressed with you’re yard and all you lads are the reason why I keep returning time again.

I have been going to bayliss metals bridgend for a long time and I have been treated by all the staff very well and special Mr Edward's on front counter top of their game.
