From the minute I walk through the door at Breeze, I feel welcomed and at home.The standard of teaching is second to none and there is a wide variety of yoga classes from early morning until evening. I love this studio and recently finished my teacher training with Hassan, an outstanding teacher, who helped us develop and discover our individuality as yoga teachers. I recommend the 200 hour training!

In fairness I wasn't here for yoga, but came regularly for quite some time for other treatments. Sometimes reception was really welcoming, sometimes not so much, but to be honest that was fine. However, they have had builders in for months and months who are useless. I don't know one end of a hammer from the other and I could do a better job. Nothing seemed to be getting done from week towed. They are, however, great at hanging around outside treatment rooms making a lot of noise and even better at leaving massive hazards everywhere. Leaving benches in front of doors, trip hazards everywhere, mess and all manner of health and safety no-nos. And Breeze have done literally nothing about making it safe. Really glad not to be going there any more.

Lovely yoga studio. They have a great selection of classes for grounding and healing. If you like it hot and hard going there's also a wealth of excellent yoga classes.

Every time I go to breeze I feel so welcome! Today I did Hot Yoga Open with Tracey and it was exactly what I needed! Amazing and clear delivery throughout the class, I left feeling totally totally ready to take on the day! Can't wait to try out more classes. Absolutely would highly recommend
